1. Online Recharge Cards
- Digital Nature: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of online recharge cards are final.
- Non-Refundable: Once a recharge card has been purchased and delivered via email or SMS, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Error Resolution: In case of issues, such as receiving an incorrect or unusable recharge code, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will work to resolve any errors as quickly as possible.
2. Courses (Graphic Design, Web Design, and IT Development)
- Refund Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or begun the course materials.
- Partial Refunds: Once a course has been accessed or partially completed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. In specific cases, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Cancellation: If a course is canceled by Mukarram Ashraf IT Services, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
